Reflexology
Your feet will love you!
Reflexology offers you a space to ground yourself in your feet—these amazing feet that do their very best for us every single day and really appreciate some caring attention.
With over 7,000 nerve endings in your feet, reflexology is one of the quickest and surest ways to relax your whole body. It's a gentle treatment that doesn't require you to remove any clothes, just your socks. Totally accessible and a beautiful way to receive, nourish, and deeply relax.
I'm a mobile therapist, so I come to you. I offer daytime appointments and will treat your feet while you relax in one of your own comfortable chairs, or lying on a flat surface if you prefer. I don't provide a therapy couch, but I do bring everything else needed for your treatment.
I cover New Mills, Whaley Bridge, Hayfield, Glossop, Buxton, and Chapel areas.
I'm fully qualified and insured, and I've been providing therapeutic treatments for over 25 years. I've taught the Reflexology Diploma course at Stockport College and assisted on several body and mind therapy courses with the College of Holistic Medicine in Glasgow where I did my training.
If you're interested in receiving reflexology and want to find out more or would like to book an appointment, please get in touch. Just send me a message via the contact link below and I will get back to you.
Looking forward to meeting you and your feet! 💚

Safety & Professional Standards
My aim is always to give you the very best experience I can. The health and wellbeing of both my clients and myself sits explicitly at the heart of my practice — and it is from that place of care that the following standards are offered for comfort and peace of mind.
Professional Nature of Treatment
Reflexology and Reiki are professional, clinically-focused complementary therapies. All sessions are conducted in a strictly professional capacity.
Treatment is offered solely for the purposes of relaxation, wellbeing, and complementary health support. No other services are offered or implied.
Reflexology and Reiki do not replace medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue working with their GP or relevant healthcare professionals alongside complementary therapy.
Mutual Respect & Comfort
Both the therapist and client have the right to feel safe, comfortable and respected throughout every session.
The therapist will always explain what to expect before and during treatment, and will check in on the client’s comfort throughout.
The client is encouraged to speak up at any time if they feel uncomfortable, wish to pause, or would like to end the session early.
The therapist will always maintain clear professional boundaries and asks that the client does the same.
Therapist Safety
The therapist reserves the right to end a session immediately if they feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or if the environment becomes unsuitable, without refund of the session fee.
The working area should be free from hazards, and pets should be secured away from the treatment space.
Any threatening or inappropriate behaviour toward the therapist or anyone else will result in the immediate termination of the session. Future appointments will not be accepted.
Client Safety
The therapist will carry out a brief verbal check-in at the start of each session to ensure the client is well enough to proceed.
If the therapist has any concern about the client’s well-being or suitability for treatment on the day, they may recommend postponing the session. This will always be done with the client’s best interests in mind.
In the event of an emergency during a session, the therapist will act appropriately and contact emergency services if required.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal and health information provided is strictly confidential and held securely in accordance with GDPR.
Information will not be shared with any third party without the client’s explicit consent, except where required by law.
